SPAN 3430 The Novel of Latin America

A study of the major authors of the last forty years and their works. The course emphasizes Boom and post-Boom narrative. Historical, aesthetic, and social developments, and philosophical influences are some of the main areas covered in the course. Taught in Spanish.
