NUR 4305 Nursing Leadership and Professional Practice
The course will enable the students to examine the economic, sociocultural, ethical and legal processes affecting health care delivery systems and their subsequent effect on the nursing profession. Emphasis will be placed on leadership and management theory.
Nursing Majors Only. Non-Clinical Instruction Nurs Fee and NCLEX Prep Fee Prerequisite(s): Completion of the following courses with a minimum grade of C-: NUR 4251 , NUR 4261 , NUR 4262 ,and NUR 4271 Co-requisite(s): NUR 4306 , NUR 4307 , and NUR 4315 .
