POL 2020 Research Methods in Political Science

This course will enable students to do research in Political Science and critically evaluate political science literature. Topics include understanding and applying social scientific methods, utilizing library resources/databases to enhance information literacy, the collection, analysis and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative data, survey research, and the use and misuse of statistics. This is a technology intensive course. Prerequisite(s): POL 1100 OR POL 1200
