ELLM 5160 Technologies for Teaching and Learning in School Library Media Centers

This course explores a variety of current technologies wihich are used by library media specialists, teachers, and students in K-12 settings. It is designed to familiarize candidates with the many information and communication technologies that are part of the teaching and learning process, including those for research, presentation, productivity, and organization. The course addresses hardware and software, assistive technologies, collaborative and social networking tools, and various technologies for teaching, learning, and online research strategies.
