MGT 4310 Operations Management Techniques and methods employed by managers to plan and control operating systems are emphasized. Applications of quantitative methods and various analytical techniques are studied for operations system design, planning, control, problem solutions, productivity, project management, supply chain management, quality control, inventory management and short-term scheduling.
