MUSI 3250 Teaching Strategies: General Music-Music Education

This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of the methods and materials necessary for teaching general music to students in grades K - 5. Traditional techniques of presenting a variety of musical activities are examined as well as the more contemporary systems of Orff, Kodaly, Gordon, and Dalcroze.
