PHIL 3330 Philosophy of Law Deals with both the development of law and an analysis of its principles and concepts. Examines and discusses the relation–ship between law and morality and law and justice; the logical principles in legal arguments; and various kinds of legal theories, e.g., natural law, legal positivism and legal realism.
