SPAN 3200 Puerto Rican Literature Since 1898 A selective study of the major figures and literary trends of Puerto Rican literature from 1898 to the present. Course describes the social and political changes as well as the sociopolitical crisis of the twentieth century. This course focuses on topics of nation and identity.
