   |  PBHL 4710 Health Education ManagementThis course introduces students to principles of management as they relate to health education and promotion. Using a systems perspective, the course will examine organizational roles, ethics, legal standards, program implementation, leadership styles, resource management, and budgeting tools. In addition to this, students will explore the spectrum of health education management including volunteerism, organizational communication, decision making, organizational culture, administrative roles, talent management, grant writing, and stakeholder participation.
