PSY 3680 LatinX Psychology This course will familiarize students with the personal, social, cultural and institutional forces that affect the psychology of Latinx individuals, including history, religion, gender roles, bilingualism, health disparities and oppression (internalized and externalized). The course focuses on the mental health and psychology of Latinx individuals living in the United States. The course will teach students to analyze diverse Latinx cultures through an ecological systems perspective. This is a UCC Area 4 course.
