MGT 3330 Human Resource Analytics

This is a course designed to introduce students to the use of human resource analytics (also known as human capital or people analytics) to solve problems and make decisions. It addresses a wide range of HR functions and issues, and the tools and approaches used to collect and analyze available data. Practical examples and exercises are used to build skills in applying the tools.
