BIO 7030 Field Experience in Biotechnology

This graduate-level course is intended to provide hands-on training in the biotechnology laboratory. This course involves self-directed practical experience in the biotechnology industry under the guidance and collaboration of a faculty member with an industry representative. A proposal must be approved by the faculty advisor and the Biology Graduate Committee prior to registration. Requirements include a written report and an oral seminar.

Prerequisite(s): Matriculation in to the Biotechnology MS program and completion of a minimum of 13 credits toward the MS Biotechnology degree.
