BAN 5500 Statistics This course covers foundational to intermediate statistical and mathematical tools which form the basis for data driven managerial decision making. The course is application oriented, and considers contemporary topics from a business context. The topics chosen reflect most commonly encountered methods in business and industry, such as descriptive statistics, combinatorial and probability, discrete and continuous random variables, inferential statistics, analysis of variance, regression analysis, and multivariate techniques.
