ATP 5100 Sports Emergency Care

This course is intended to introduce athletic training students to advanced emergency care techniques specific to the athletic training profession. Emphasis will be placed on prevention and management of medical emergencies.
Prerequisite(s): SMED 3000, current certification in health care provider CPR and advanced first aid, and admission to the Athletic Training Program
