ARTS 3855 Game Design I An introduction to Video Game Design and Animation, the course covers the fundamental principles, concepts and processes used to create computer-animated video game characters and environments in sequences. Skills and knowledge gained in per-requisites 2D and 3D animation courses are refined and utilized with an eye toward developing games. Classwork includes several exercises and the production of three short video games that are coded, animated, and playable on the PC Platform.
This course may be repeated one (1) time for a total of (6) six credits. Prerequisite(s): ARTS 2850 and ARTS 3880 Credits: 3.0
