PBHL 5501 Health Systems and Management

This course examines public health and health care delivery systems in the United States and abroad, comparing access, costs, financing, and quality of various systems. The course also addresses basic concepts, principles and methods of the management and administration of these systems. Using a systems perspective, organizational frameworks, roles, authority, communication, resource management and budgeting will be examined.
