PBHL 5800 Public Health Advocacy

This course provides an overview of the frameworks and methods tat public health professionals use to communicate and advocate for the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Students will examine the principles and practices of effective interpersonal, organizational, and community-based communication and advocacy strategies with a focus on addressing barriers to health equity among diverse populations.
