PSY 6042 Applied Research in Mental Health Practices This applied research course provides graduate students in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with the opportunity to gain direct experience in the research process, such as research methodologies, data collection, data analysis, and intervention development. Students will work directly with a faculty supervisor and/or graduate student leaders on a research project or a variety of research projects related to mental health practice.
Students will attend regular meetings with the faculty supervisor throughout the semester and prepare and present their projects in a conference presentation format.
Prerequisite(s): PSY 6040
