ENG 2210 Crime Fiction

Reading and analyzing Gothic fiction, mystery stories, thrillers, historical crime fiction, and police procedurals from a range of time periods and cultures, students will analyze the genre of crime fiction within literary, social, and historical contexts. Students will also find, evaluate, and use qualitative and/or quantitative crime data as part of a digital data storytelling project related to one or more of the assigned works of crime fiction.
