SMED 2200 Introduction to Sports Medicine

This introductory course explores the history, evolution, and current practice of sports medicine. The course also introduces basic health care practices and knowledge, and awareness of related health care professions as they relate to the sports medicine team concept. Students must earn a C- or better in the course to continue taking courses in the Sports Medicine major. Sports Medicine Majors Only
