ENG 1001 Creativity and Innovation This course is designed to help students explore their creative potential and develop skills in a wide range of innovative processes. Through a combination of lectures and discussions, hands-on in-class activities, collaborative exercises and individual projects, students will study theories of creativity and apply a variety of creative approaches across several projects. By the end of the course, students will have developed a set of tools and techniques enabling them to generate innovative ideas and solutions in their future academic and professional ventures.
UCC Area D (Creativity) Course Objectives: Explore creativity as a fundamental aspect of human expression; analyze, synthesize, and develop creative projects reflecting an understanding and appreciation of the creative process. Credits: 3.0
