CS 2300 Computer Science I This course is the foundation course for the Computer Science program which is one of the most high-technology academic curriculums. The topics include algorithimic approaches to computer problem solving and programming methodology. analyisis, design, writing , compilation, execution, documentation, implementation, debugging, and evaluation of a computer program with procedural abstraction and baisc data representation. Substantial programming assignments ( in aNSI C/C++ language) is emphasized, including problem solving in numerical, applied to mathematical, science, business and other areas as well as non-numerical applications. Course offered Fall and Spring Semesters. Students will be charged an additional Comp Science Lab Fee when enrolling in this course. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1150 OR MATH 1350 Credits: 4.0
