HIST 3550 US Urban History An urban history of the United States from the colonial era to the present, exploring the urban experience from the pre-transit walking city through urban decay and rebirth, through the emergence of the Sunbelt cities and the Pacific Northwest, and finally to the current reality of urban sprawl and suburban Edge Cities.
