Middle School Language Arts, CERT

This program is designed for teachers who are already certified for elementary grades. The state requires 15 credits of study in the content area to teach at a middle school level. The endorrsement entitles teachers to teach language arts and literacy full-time in grades 5 through 8. A candidate must pass the middle school language arts PRAXIS in order to receive the endorsement.

Candidates must also show evidence of completing a course(undergraduate or graduate) in Developmental or Adolescent Psychology.
